I don’t believe In sucking up and trying to be something I’m not never have been. I like who I am. I mean as if it isn’t obvious the musicians I grew up listening to were all trailblazers from Hendrix to Prince to Mariah Carey to Pink of course Aretha Franklin, Minni Ripperton, all of the pioneers and greats. I was rebellious and anti status quo as a kid and am still. I roll my eyes at the status quo honestly every time some stupidity flips up in my feed -they’re obnoxious, 0 originality, show offs, full of selves, trend chasers, have to be numero uno 24/7, and frankly get on my nerves in that sense. I couldn’t be in a room with the status quo of today I’d tell everyone last one of them to shut up and sit down probably. As formally said I’m about the raw depth of authentic non-superficial life. Real life, Reality, nothing superficial, contrived or anything else. I don’t mesh with superficiality. I have to keep it 100 always otherwise that’s not who I am. 🤷🏽‍♀️
