A Psycho Is A Psycho

When a 60 something year old psycho predator has professed many times openly to be that and it is obvious they are they mean that hence why law enforcement and the court that dealt with such a predator were and are repulsed by them. Likewise is anyone who has 1/2 a brain cell. They have one glance of a known said psycho and grimace like “Why is this psycho not off the street or in the ground?” I’m aware why, because 1 there are too many cowards that are much like that Dan Pena story about the psycho that was harassing people at 1 am in the morning during an event and not one male would do anything despite the psycho’s menace and threats not so unlike a known predator. Bluntly put cowardice and ball-less when back in the day a psycho like so would be knocked out flat. Preying on Girls/Women of color, harassing, and stalking males of color mostly, stealing from people, harassing people, insulting and essentially getting up in the grill of males of color and Girls/Women of color they essentially prey on and next to nothing has occurred. The second is laws have been crap especially when it pertains to Brown and Black Girl/Women citizens. The less of a population all the prevalent it is.
