It was where baby Girls were dropped of at country operated orphanages that had no actual child care workers, extreme neglect, etc to the extent there was a pioneering American couple that investigated and filmed a gripping documentary which thunderstruck the globe into outrage and activism against the obvious violation of Children’s Rights as sighted in the UN Convention on The Rights of The Child. The documentary was titled appropriately enough “The Dying Rooms.” It was the driving force for children’s rights and human rights in China.

In China today albeit 3 children are allowed per family in today’s world if there is a 4th children they are dropped off either at an orphanage, a dumpster, a sewer, or side of the road wherever really. During this 30 days of the Celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander Cultural Commemoration may it be a galvanizing force for the globe to have not only awareness of this continual human rights issue involving children but also to press for shift into an increased equitable and natural rights really.
