“Absentee” of “Diplomatic Skills”

I’ve often 1/2 joked about being a survivor leader particularly in a corporate setting. I always feel like a cross between “The nerdy looking kid in the white shirt” (Mike Vickers) and Gust Avrakotos in the fields I have experience in.

Sure I have diplomatic skills to a point but I’m “crass” when it’s called for. 😄 It is funny anytime I’m apart of a project, training, so so forth requiring “Image upholding” that entails XYZ I’ll be responsible and hold to that for professional reasons BUT I still keep the rated R version in the back of my mind. 🤷🏽‍♀️ 😂
