Created for juveniles as is it was a creative animation feature. Animation like that isn’t seen frequently anymore everything is CGI. Albeit must be said that some of the stereotypes couldn’t be done today… it was the late 80’s and a dissimilar time to the 2020’s by far. lol People used to say I reminded them of the character of Brittany because of my mana nature… things haven’t shifted too excessively since. lol

Even in a kids cartoon goes to show the nature the unscrupulous and creep criminals are in real life. How they lurk and creep around always scheming always underhanded doing weird acts, how they manipulate/dupe naive young people or none too swift missing a few brain cell types that are grown. Criminals play stupid detrimental games with people usually for financial gain or they’re bored therefore people are sport to them. People don’t have sovereignty or worthy of respect they’re toys to play with and use for their benefit hence why most criminals fall under the umbrella of narcopathic.

It is a charming movie I recall seeing as a kid as reruns on Disney.
