American Beauty: Midlife Crisis

For those who have seen the film “American Beauty” which honestly I don’t think could be created in today’s world because of the subject matter. The premise was based on mid-life crisis of a middle aged Man character at the time. It really wasn’t that artistic and was considered one of the worst films to win an academy award but it was for its time an envelope pusher. I do have to say Thora Birch carried the movie.

In real life midlife crisis is a real issue it often intermixes or is depression. A lot of people feel a certain way as they push 40 or are in their 40’s. Midlife crisis is actual. People have dismay at the curve balls life threw. There are ways of coping with it however.
