Can’t Teach It

9 years ago yesterday the world lost a legend in the making. It was a raw talent that couldn’t be taught nor mimicked. A terrible loss and tragedy. Amy Winehouse. In her short 27 years she had already had several Grammys under her belt.. at a time Grammys were fairly hard to come by and weren’t passed out like candy more often than not nor had anything to do with any kind of nepotism. She wrote, produced, and pretty much played all her own music. In her short time she only had only created 4 albums and had been in the mainstream less than a decade making her mark on music history or rather herstory. Winehouse created her own style and sound. A talent cut far too short.
