It as grievous as spoken of in the 1990’s by the late ,2Pac, created a song called “Changes” things haven’t changed much other than a lot great deal of push forward and advocacy to correct this. There is improvement slowly but surely. As passed on far too soon he was prolific and ahead of his time.
