Colombiana a 2011 film as I’ve posted of before. A strong Woman lead character as Zoe Saldana playing the lead role of Cataleya. A young brilliant keen Woman from Colombia who enacts and seeks retribution for the murder of her family. Really stunning action film. Been one of my favorites since it came out. Her character is extremely well written and of course acted. Moral of the story in the real world there is a price to pay for seeking revenge especially when it comes to the criminal realm it costs everything. Any type of revenge seeking will do that, there is nothing to be gained in revenge. Those who choose that route in real life give up everything in their vindictiveness, life, time, means, freedom, existence, mental state in many cases, everything. Criminality particularly never mess with high end criminals especially. What happens in “The life” stays in the life no one cares what happens to low end criminals, snitches, those who step out of line or anything of the sort not really. You send a message to criminals they will send one back. No one with sense bothers those people at all. Point is revenge when you undertake it becomes those that do whole life or rather false life leaving those who do so with nothing.

“Would you believe me if I told you this wasn’t the life I imagined as a child?” Cataleya
