Congratulations Bermuda, Japan, and the Philippines

More firsts for the Olympics Bermuda just won the Triathlon (a first medal let alone Gold for the Island ever), a 13 year old won the first Women’s Skateboarding, and the Philippines won Gold for the country ever. Congratulations to the athletes! Incredible work. 🙌🏽👏🏽

And let’s not forget the Australian coach who went viral for his festivities of the gold medal win of Ariarne Titmus. For those who follow me on Instagram you know what I’m talking about for those who didn’t witness it first hand it was absolutely hilarious. I don’t blame those coaches at all for going bananas both they and the athletes work their bundas off 8 hours a day, 10 hours a day, daily for years to be where they are. 🤷🏽‍♀️😄
