For anyone who lived or grew up in the area of particularly Southern California in the 1980’s or even 1990’s the crack epidemic was very prevalent and done on purpose by the powers that be. It is dare said to grant even more reason to terrorize and destroy Black and Brown communities. It really was full on corruption and conspiracy in many respects. I have not yet viewed the documentary but have viewed similar which have covered the notorious Crack Epidemic that to this day still has left it’s stain on affected communities. For those who have witnessed it or lived around it we just know when someone has that problem they don’t act right, look right, many times their brain is damaged beyond capacity it’s pretty obvious it is.
