Criminal Harassment Qualifications

I always had the notion that those who harass others continually had a pretty common knowledge handle on what qualifies as criminal harassment but apparently not many like myself are well aware of and have been the past decade as provable and aforementioned many times. Criminal harassment can take the forms of the following:

1. Repetitive Phone Calls
2. Repetitive DM’s, Emails, Text, Private Messages meant to cause contention, upset, or valid alarm
3. Creating accounts to follow a person or persons from social media to social media platform.. even when not open to the public and yet find a way to harass that person by creating an account. IE One account is blocked then the harasser uses or creates another, that account is blocked, then another, etc etc. OR just following that person from platform to platform with the purpose to harass that person
4. Leaving tool harassing comments IE usually very toolish and ill mannered to garner a response
5. Smearing can be considered harassment
6. Instructing others to harass a person or persons. Inciting harassment in any way, shape or form. IE harassment campaigns, Doxing, etc
7. Hacking into the private information or otherwise attempting to gather information on someone who has made it clear they want nothing to do with you. To try to converse with that person or persons by either yourself or a third party to gather information for ill will. Invasion of privacy.
8. Monitoring (especially when blocked in any form) and have been instructed to stay away usually many times and various ways verbally, Blocked, etc, that person or persons has no interest in communicating with you in any form, being lurked on or monitored in any form. Lurking, watching, instructing others to do the same for ill will
9. Mocking/Taunting even when ignored

Basically pretty common sense stuff.. or one would think is

Using any physical, psychological, emotional, or any impairment as an excuse to enact this brand of crime is entirely irrelevant it does not matter. There are plenty of people that have struggles those issues are not used as an excuse or crutch to harm people. Once someone tells you to leave them alone if you continue to do any of these you are criminally harassing if not textbook stalking that person or persons in the case of watching and aware of all of their personal non publicly published activity (usually provable by the true victimized party.) Basically f off means f off to be blunt. It doesn’t mean keep going at them, show up again every day or 2, it means “Leave me alone” period.

Harassment and Cyberbullying as Crimes

Harassment and or real stalking is a crime not to mention amoral. If you constantly try to get a reaction from someone by any way mentioned or just knowing all of their personal business not open to the public or blocked from by obviously illegal ways IE sending trojan laced text messages, emails, pornography, etc that is harassment. People need to know the law before they do this kind of sick warped behavior to people especially if they attempt (which they often do) to project their own behavior onto people who are nothing like that whatsoever obviously. No means no in any form. Sexual harassment is a whole other post by itself those qualifications can be listed for a minute but the jest is doing any of these when that person or persons doesn’t want your harassing them and let it be known often many times. Some do it for clout especially towards public figures of any type or highly respected to garner negative attention for themselves. Basically the types (if they ever leave their basement) heckle performers etc or start problems everywhere they go thus made to leave establishments. They’re awkward don’t know how to come out or act towards people basically. Those are usually those maladjusted kind in the real world. For the really dumb on the uptake (usually by choice) if every time you rear back up in any form and the harassed does an “Oh God there they are again” chances are you’re harassing them criminally so. ::Shrugs:: This is why notable people have bodyguards or security of some kind because you will attract a lot of nuts that maybe harassing you for clout or for other nefarious reasons.
