I’ve said this before those apart of ending Sex Trafficking particularly in the field, survivor leadership against child sex trafficking, violence against Women especially sexual violence, Violence Against the Marginalized, etc we never have any problems with those type of guys usually. We don’t bother them they don’t bother us. They stay on their side of the tracks we stay on ours. They want to support the work in some form, survivors, or us great if not they usually just go on about their business either or it’s not like we go to Thanksgiving dinner with them or anything- besides I mean who doesn’t want to get pedophiles, sex traffickers especially of minors/vulnerable people, rapists, etc off the streets anyway? That’s a pretty universal basic moral code. What they do is their business not ours. Our work is to recover and protect those inflicted by Human Trafficking, Sexual Violence, etc not worry about who’s essentially slinging dope or not, money laundering, whatever. If you’re not hurting a child, a vulnerable person, or a Woman who does not wish to be an escort/sex worker by choice because despite popular belief they do exist that’s not our problem or goal never has been. They know that and typically they don’t interfere in our work or what we do let alone vise versa. They don’t bother us we don’t bother them. It’s a pretty simple concept.
