Analyzing let alone psychoanalyzing Mary Shelly’s ,Frankenstein, it is evident what an a$$hole the character Dr. Frankenstein was. You feel empathy for the quote unquote “creature” who wasn’t really the problem. It conveyed Dr. Frankenstein was the issue filled with rage and hate then of course the villagers and such. The works conveyed the real monsters could be human kind or lack thereof rather. Of course the publication is unlike the Hollywood adaptions. There was a 2004 version I began to watch one time and let’s just say the opening scene made me aware it was NOT anything like the published works. Whatnot ,Mary Shelley, regarding her personal life being there are a great deal of true life accounts of her shall we say eccentricity however she was a legendary novelist. There was one story that stated she got frisky in a graveyard… to be most specific atop of her Mother’s grave. There have been disputes on whether that were true or not but either way look at artists like Poe, he was a hell of quirky but of course in those days what a Man enacted wasn’t measured the same as anything a Woman enacted. Basta Dizer. lol
