This is entirely unacceptable! This child is a victim of a pimp not a criminal. Children such as Zephi needs trauma informed services not prison. It’s further shame to the already buffoonish American injustice system particularly when it comes to Brown and Black citizens it constantly further preys upon. It is requested of everyone to take action against this injustice as instructed in the photos.
