The mass shooting in Buffalo NY this past weekend has been ruled a Hate Crime. The shooting left 10 dead and 3 wounded according to reports.

What occurs when hate is not dealt with and psychological help not sought for it. The hate-filled really are capable of anything which is evident in the mass shootings the globe has witnessed repeatedly over the past over 2 decades.
