Holocaust Remembrance Day
Albeit today is Holocaust Remembrance Day let us not forget there are still individuals who hold the theology “Lives unworthy of life” towards anyone different than their own. Yesterday at a few of the protests against the health restrictions there were reports of people brandishing Nazi symbols and sentiments in the United States of America. It shows there are still people who have kept hate and bias against those they know little about alive. Also albeit it’s up to us to ensure horrors such as the holocaust not only never happen again it has happened again since many times over throughout the world. When the holocaust happened genocide didn’t die it just moved elsewhere. Today let us send respect and love to all the lives lost as well as their loved ones who did survive.
