How a Serial Killer Was Brought Down

Great example of how the decency of outsiders brought down an illusive serial killer. He was dubbed “The night stalker.” He raped and murdered 14 people. Law couldn’t catch him but what did catch him as you will hear is the willingness of neighbors to intervene upon his attack on a Woman. That’s when community is a wonderful thing they did what law couldn’t. You see something that’s apparent let alone know something then act, it’s that simple. Always think what if it were you in that situation or someone you loved that was victimized? Because don’t think if given the opportunity they wouldn’t victimized them too.
