Those who hunt people, stalk in all respects remind you of some psycho bloodhound that will go all kinds of lengths to do so. They’re animalistic in their pursuit to the point of mad rabid dog syndrome. The levels those types go to pursue and stalk people like an animal stalks it’s prey in a psycho unhealthy way is really dismaying. Like I said it reminds you of the Victoria character from Twilight, they have that expression in their eyes like legit a mad animal. Just search a Dog with rabies and those types quite actually have that look in their eyes of They-Need-A-Shock-Collar-To-Subdue-Them. They’re not wrapped nor healthy in any respect, full of hatred basically. The only thing that wards off types like that aside from God Almighty is some sort of safe guard as in if the target is tied to some sort of law usually upper law as predators like so will try to manipulate lower level law enforcement, an intimidating follow-through figure or figures, something. Such as the example I used of the character of Laurent who essentially stalked Bella in the ,New Moon, installation for Victoria to glean if she was still under the protection of the Cullens —

Psycho’s in real life will do that. They’ll lurk about to see if anyone is in the subject of preying corner, that is why they attempt so hard to isolate and alienate prey because if prey is alone or deemed alone they feel it is easier to go in for the kill so to speak. They’re predators that deem to dominate a target because they in and of themselves are powerless/cowardly. Those kind of predators of any gender report, block them if on social media, block everyone that has anything to do with them that you are aware of or you become aware of, do not interact with them under any circumstances, if an account of theirs follows you remove them/block/report them as well, and keep it moving.
