Idealization

One aspect that narcissists have is aside from obsessive issues narcopathic beings idealize people. They create a persona in their minds of people be it positive or negative. They really do live in their head and don’t gauge much if anything outside of that. Their whole perception of life and people is piteous in some ways because the world that is and the world they perceive is 2 totally different things. That’s how they don’t or unwilling to pick up on social cues and reality. They’re incredible clingy (either positive or negative) sad beings. They live in a delusional world that others enable them in until they get sick of it and leave them cold. Any sound human being would figure “I need some help I’m not healthy nor normal” not continue in their dumpster fire existence.
