That’s why they’re not afraid of law or anything else. They might be afraid of street ramifications but if no one is touching them and they’ve been in the face of all kinds then there is usually a reason why. They’re overly confident due to their associations nothing is going to touch them. There’s usually a larger part of a whole group that they’re not operating alone in their crimes someone is backing them. They couldn’t possibly be allowed to operate in ostentatious impunity if they weren’t working for someone or tied to someone. If the head of the snake of the criminal totem pole were removed then the lower end criminals will shift their tune a great deal because they wouldn’t have that sense of security any longer.
