Ignore harassment allow law and a psych ward for the criminally mentally learned/coddled behavior minded professionals in those facilities to handle them. Upon admission they will likely isolate those sort of problems and throw them in a room alone drugged up where they need to be to be blunt. Don’t interact let them show their a$$-end being stupid.
