It’s the 40 percent never grew up complex. That mentality permeates every ethnicity in it’s own forms. Color regardless it is that brains of a pea slum mentality that has no excuse for it. There are plenty of resources in today’s world that if you really want to know better you’ll do better. When did thinking and acting like a brain dead ignorance become the way to be and something to aspire to? When did that become the ideal for society? These are the types who abuse their children, pimp them out as soon as they have any semblance of Womanhood if even that, have their kids run dope, and all kinds of other wondrous exposures to all kinds of vermin of what the underside of that underworld has to offer. That is what typically comes with that mindset all the trash that can only be drawn to it. I believe it was Nas that spoke of those who live in their second childhood, that is exactly what that mindset is. Ignorance and disgraceful.
