International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples

A million times truth! We are 10 times higher than the national average to have violence against us occur ranging from domestic violence, rape, sex trafficking, stalking, and murder. We experience probably the most egregious extreme violence despite being a minute minority and with complete lack of justice. This occurs most in the United States and Canada albeit Indigenous peoples throughout the globe have also been under constant assault in some form or another. It is today the world remembers us and all we still are fighting against. Our lives albeit frequently disregarded by the media and society matters.
