John Wayne Gacy, a diagnosed narcopath among the most abominable serial killers and pedophiles of the 20th century. He had a title with the Democratic Association, money, he had associations with the powerful, etc. A typical narcopath like every predator is. Predation is genderless. By the time he was detained for his slew of pedophilic ghastly crimes he had raped, tortured, and murdered minutely 33 youths mostly boys. He had already previously been charged with sodomy in another state against a 15 year old boy. He went on to threaten the 18-year-old young man if he spoke of his threats of sexual battery upon the youth. That is pretty typical of predators. They’re psychologically warped and revel in having power or perceived power over targets. They play sick mind feline and mouse games, mind bending games against those thet prey on, those in law enforcement even going as far to threaten law enforcement like in John Wayne Gacy’s instance at one point, etc. Their narcopathic nature luxuriate in controlling situations and having a sense of power over people.
