Narcopathy Glibness

What is typical of a narcopath as aforesaid they like to try to mock stable successful people and hold court glibly of course but like all posers they can’t hold it together for long because that isn’t who or what they are. They’re really a basket case that’s all over the place in every way. Who and what they are is a slithering condescending nasty attention seeking projecting waste of everyone’s time ahole that thinks they’re above everyone else no matter how much reality conveys to them quite otherwise. Narcopaths like to show their back-end and turn social tricks…. if in some cases actual tricks. Their posing is so glib, insincere,untrustworthy, dishonest it’s almost scoff-able comedic eye rolling level. They’re a fake and phony snake in everything they do. They really are so fake they make barbie look real. Nothing authentic, sincere, or anything else about them. ::Shrugs::
