“The villain does get f’d with no Vaseline.”

Meaning it doesn’t pay to be the villain because the villain does get played, plays themselves, and ends up losing everything if they ever had anything to begin with. They delude themselves to thinking they’re something and won something when all the while they’ve been losing. Everyone in life is blazing past them meanwhile they’re all arrogant and cocky with a “I won” mentality when they broke as a joke in all respects.

As for the record in and of itself was one of the most controversial records ever and probably still is. It turned 30 this year. The song was rated one of the top 10 diss tracks ever and it deserved it. It really was fogo and certainly buries anything out now truth to it.
