Nutty beings do and mumble nuttiness that no one can decipher what they are even trying to do. They have a cognitive screw loose. There’s always a reason law enforcement quite actually cringe upon being reported for serial harassment etc. They’re delusional beings that dwell in delusional realm. To state what an old friend said “They’re mental on another level nobody understands. Not even the most trained psychologists.” It’s the Chris Chan syndrome on uppers basically. Let law handle those types let them mumble nuttiness at upper law and how fast they’ll place them in a facility where those types need to be off the street away from people. Those types are tripping out on shrooms or something the weirdo crap they do and mumble that’s for sure. Next
