Obstruction Of Justice
Aka also called the dumbest thing anyone could ever do. Never lie or tell half truths on a Police Report because they will find out eventually or in court, and definitely do not impersonate an officer of the court/law by any stretch whether in person or cyber wise. This includes Police Officers, Departments, Federal Investigators, Lawyers, Judges, Magistrates, or anything of the sort. The legal issue can vary from a misdemeanor to a few federal charges by the state and or federal law depending because when done it’s a crime against the state or the feds it’s no longer involving another individual. In court it’s called perjury, on a police report it has several titles. It is the stupidest thing anyone could choose to do because it will come back to bite in some form or another. The legal system is no place for petty schemes, vindictiveness, or childish immaturity. It’s serious and anyone who is that bluntly put ignorant could end up in deep for doing so. There have been several high profile examples of such occurring and they ended up facing those consequences. It wastes the time of law, the court, and anyone else involved. When dealing with the legal system it is not a game. It’s the real adult world, I’ve been witness to it as someone aside from my personal experiences that has reputably worked alongside all levels of law enforcement PD, FBI, Homeland Security, Investigators, Prosecutors, upright Attorneys, Human Rights attorneys, Child Welfare, UN Persons, all of them. Nothing makes a Judge more irate than when law is used for a personal agenda and lying to it. It’s not a good look in court or to law enforcement to lie. That includes partial truths or purposely misconstrued truths. No one wants to be that joker that lied to the Justice System and or a Judge ultimately. I’ve seen it…. it’s not a pretty picture. Besides only criminals have a reason to lie not upstanding citizens of merit. That is anything in life never lie, intentionally hide anything, or anything else it makes those that do so a liar nothing more when the truth comes out. In life just always tell and live truth no matter how it may make you look and you won’t have any of those type of self inflicted issues in life. 🤷🏽♀️
