Plastic

Basically it’s a disorder that drives people to view themselves unrealistically in typically a negative context which is what propels those with such a poor self image to over indulge in excessive behavior such as plastic surgery. It’s believed by some psychiatrists it is the issue the late Michael Jackson had. It doesn’t matter how much plastic surgery one has if they’re empty inside and superficial that’s all they are thus have. It’s about something lacking inside, I mean it’s not healthy to want to look like a frightening alien, it’s creepy if not monstrous looking to be totally honest. It’s an addiction basically.
