Any rapist, sex trafficker, child sexual predator, etc etc all have the same sentiment and often profess the same thing “Never take no for an answer.”
That is very common of those types
I’ve repost this many times that cover the dynamics and psychological profiles of sexual and the like predators. Quite important to be aware of:

That is with any predator when “No” isn’t taken as no, then you got a real predator on your hands, of any gender. Those of any gender that fit those characteristics need to be locked up from the public as soon as possible because “No” means no. Just as “Leave me alone” means just that no matter how it’s communicated. Otherwise those who do not respect that are a predator bottom line.
