Word to the wise in all seriousness do not mess with swords at home unless you’ve had adequate training and experience. It’s not recommended. I’ve been doing this off and on since I was a kid FYI as many who do so also have either professionally or pre professionally.

Also for the critics out in internet land yes I’m aware the type of sword used in bellydance is typically balanced on a dull side (not the blade) and is much different than this one. This is an vintage heavy steel one that is sharp. Being everything is locked down right now this is the only I have at my disposal at the moment.
