Exodus 14:13 “Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of Jehovah, which he will work for you to-day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to-day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.”

This time of year of both Passover and Easter it is a reminder to allow God Almighty to fight the battles of those who serve God and abide by the laws of the holy book. The only thing a person of the book has to do is step back and allow God to do what he does upon his witnessing injustice against his sanctified people. That is what that scripture means in Exodus. Word to the wise you don’t step against the living God or harm his people. Much like Egypt or Hitler he will smite any who do. Both existences concluded disgraced and cowards. God will serve notice that he has had enough. The world calls this karma, it is not karma it is God’s justice serving notice “They are off limits, you violated my people one too many times. Keep playing with me I’ll bury you myself if it means freeing my people know that I am God you are not.”

Not only that but the spoils of the wicked will belong to the Righteous and guiltless. You mock God he will mock you right back. It was quite profound when the Gentleman Holocaust survivor spoke on the experience of concentration camp liberation how he came across a SS guards abandoned bungalow that everything of the privileged life was left behind in the cowardly scurrying to evade liberation by allied forces everything that had been deprived from he and family (whatever was left) was now his for the taking. Moral of the story you better watch who you deem to harm, put your yap, or evil deeds on. This is why the following scripture reads as follows

  • Deuteronomy 7:6
“For you are a holy people to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth.
  • 1 Peter 2:9–10
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

God does not refer to his chosen people and those who whole heartily serve him keeping his commandments as his “Holy sanctified people” to hear himself speak. It means “These are my people they are off limits to any injury.” In the cinematic adaption of “Exodus: Gods and Kings” which wasn’t theologically sound upon the portrayal of God saying “I will bring them (Egypt) to their knees” well in essence that is what he does in the face of injustice and turmoil upon it pertaining to his people especially. God is a just God. He is much more to be feared than anything Man can enact. You can’t fight God and win.
