I’ve carried self defense objects for years when I wasn’t able to carry a registered firearm for the purpose of self defense only as my vocations requires travel and especially travel across state and or potentially country lines. That and having self defense training as those in our vocations it is often mandatory at some point because there are a lot of people who don’t like nor support our work. We get threats, unsavories come at us, or just psycho types all the time. It is an important aspect to have in general.
