Construct A Stairwell NOT A Wall

I as anyone who is sound in the Human Rights sector always challenge those who have the “Pick-Yourself-Up-By-Your-Bootstraps” mentality especially when it comes to textbook Human Rights Violations being everything is not always that simple. For instance a people can not be marginalized, stigmatized, demonized, denied education, systematically impoverished to slum proportions given little to any hand up to be it a faith-base which is empowering in and of itself, education, autonomy & or anything of an empowerment rooted nature then condemned for the position they were placed into…and kept in deliberately. Only spoiled narrow minded types have this black or white mindset, cut and dry, having no grey area to it. Everyone has required assistance with something at some point in their lives, for extremely marginalized communities that is certainly no exception. There is no logic in that ideology. The logic is how can you place a marginalized group in a demeaned position, deem to keep them there then fault the people for it? Truth is you can’t that is not factually nor reason based. People must have sound guidance, resources, education, and vocational training of some kind to lift themselves out of maximal poverty and or suppression. What they do with that which is provided to them is up to them of course. Instead of passing judgement how about supply a concrete way up for oppressed peoples? Instead of offering a wall how about construct a stairwell? Ergo a solution to the problem. Instead of passing judgement based on peddled facts, statistics, media, or any other factor than what is the core problem it is of no use nor good how about offer solutions instead of grievance? That mentality is not solution or result based, it is problem based thus part of the problem. It is in the category of condemnation of a rape survivor. That does nothing but acerbates the problem. You can’t crush nor squelch a group of people in every way including their spirit then expect the people to flourish with no sound guidance on how to lift themselves out of it. People can not be made victimized and brutalized in every way then faulted for it. It is utterly impossible.
