Stalked
This was a show entitled Stalked, the episode covered the story of artist Colleen Doran and her own experience with a serial stalker. The episode makes multiple great points from our reality and perspective as textbook stalking survivors. The show ended in 2014 but I was quite glad these stories were brought to the forefront that are often neglected or under rated by the criminal justice or rather injustice system. One aspect that is touched on in the episode is the fact how manipulative stalkers are to the point of essentially recruiting others to harass and stalk those they’ve subjected to their predatory behavior. It’s pretty standard stalkers do this. They’ll convince their friends and or acquaintances to stalk as well. They love essentially smearing, stalking, harassing, etc the individual they are stalking. When someone is stalking you they aren’t to be underestimated because as Doran stated they’re capable of anything to inflict that type of emotional and mental violence onto someone nothing would stop them from inflicting physical violence as well. Obviously for one a healthy individual wouldn’t harass to the point of your needing to say “Leave me alone” “Stop harassing me” to start with but would also cease when that is said and or blocked off access to — or it has been indicated in any way, shape, or form to stop.
