Survivor Leadership In A Nutshell
I can’t find a clip of it but there’s a part in “Madea’s Family Reunion” that exemplifies survivor leadership sometimes toward grown people. It’s at a family reunion and a boy is apparently running around acting reckless meanwhile Madea shouts from the porch “Go somewhere and sit down little boy before I knock the hell out of you. Where’s your Momma?” 😄
I had said this on Instagram the other day I don’t care how big, bad, or whatever someone thinks they are. If they’re bothering you with nonsense you’re not even about, someone in their camp or affiliated with them is bothering/being disrespectful regardless of whatever age we are or whether we have children of our own or not, when you are in a position of that type of leadership as soon as we say “I’m gonna call your Momma if you don’t knock it off” it’s like “Oh okay yes ma’am.” As should be.
Kind of like the Woman made famous for knocking the daylights out of her teenaged son for rioting in Maryland a few years ago. The point is if more Mothers or similar relation if the Mother isn’t around would get ahold of their grown kids we wouldn’t have nearly the messed up world we have.
