Survivor Leadership Madea Style

I’ve 1/2 joked about survivor leadership before on how it’s about like this and the scene where Madea goes off on the family rightfully so near the end which I couldn’t find as an illustrative point but the jest is this

For those who have seen it you know which scene it is. It’s the one where she refers to the loud obnoxious Baby’s Momma Sabrina as “Shut the hell up looking like you came out of a box of Lucky Charms.” Because the truth of the matter is sometimes when people are acting so stupid and disrespectful you have to talk to them about like that for them to have any respect whatsoever. She also went on to say because Sabrina’s character had been doing everything and anything to make the character of Byron’s life a living hell thus told her the truth of “The Man don’t want you. You can’t get to what’s in front of you because you’re too busy looking at what’s behind you. Let him go he doesn’t want you.” As funny as is the scene made a great deal of valid points. When those of us in survivor leadership positions deal with people it pretty much has to be that standard of how we talk to people and deal with them sometimes. As I’ve said before nobody needs to drag me into anything unless they want me to tell them the truth of things. I’ll go Madea style about it as should be if you don’t act like you have any home training whatsoever I’ll tell you what it is, why it is, and how it is. I’ll point blank say to females going after some Man particularly if I’ve been drug into it somehow, “They don’t want you, you’re throwing yourself at them acting all mental and they ultimately don’t want you. It will never be enough to keep them even if you got them momentarily. If they did umpteen females dirty they’ll do you dirty do not fool yourself to think otherwise. They like the attention they get from you at most but they really don’t want you. They play games with females and you’re just a thousand in 1. Walk away you’re making a spectacle of yourself. Anybody wants to walk away from you let them walk.” To many people don’t like the truth because they were sheltered from it, were never disciplined always given their way, were always coddled to, or just have deluded themselves when that isn’t how the world is. Which is often why those who run so much from it have crap lives in real life when all is said and done because they don’t want to face reality head on or they aren’t seeing things clearly especially if they’re always running someone down that is more or less running away from them or using them at most. Honesty is the best policy. ::Shrugs::
