I was also mentioning the difference between the world and people of God is anything in our crafts isn’t about us. It’s about God. That’s why uncompromising believers don’t often fair well, can even get in the door, nor last in the secular world because for one all the depravity you’re around it will affect you, we are in entirely 2 different mindsets 2 totally different motivations for doing, totally different entirely, etc. If people are seeing just you or you at all something is amiss. It’s the Lucifer complex as Pastor Mark Jackson put it. When you seek for people to idolize you instead of God it’s the Lucifer complex 100%. Never worship anyone but God that’s idolatry. No one can be God or on the level of God period. Just as being jealous of God’s glory is dead wrong as well. It’s called covet. We live to serve not become an idol or idolize anyone else let alone covet what is from God. That’s why I like any believer don’t believe in fan-iticism or idolization of mere humans nothing more. You can admire others but to worship them that’s when it becomes an issue. They’re not God never will be. There’s a difference between performance and presentation entirely.
