The Problematic Songs of the 80's

With Valentines Day coming up a playlist of classics of before the time of us Millennials and Gen Z’ers. Exquisite as these songs are, well written, composed etc that I have posted of in the past HOWEVER in the 2020’s they are quite problematic. Essentially 2 are about middle aged Men by that time frame’s standards having obviously weighty inclinations for one who is 16-years-old the other has “Tiny hands” AND not to bring up the fact the Man wanting to be her Daddy (listen to the lyrics.) ………. That magic carpet in the video is about ready to be followed by another magic carpet with flashing lights attached needless to say. And the last well essentially the guy is stalking a blind College Girl…. let that sink in. AGAIN, are they artistic songs? Yes, that goes without saying. Are they well done? Indeed. Romantic? Depends. Are the songs and videos to accompany them wincing at times? Can everyone agree carpets can not fly? YES. Basta dizer.
