To state a loved one that confronted a serial perpetrator at one point upon severe harassment as to their face as possible and their’s years ago “I don’t know if you’re just nuts or retardo but you need to go away.” I’m certain upon the feds dragging them and an imp away they’ll probably continue to mumble nonsensically about something or rather.
