The TVPA is the bill that has existed since 2000 to counter Human Trafficking. It actually pertained to foreign nationals not those trafficked as an American citizen. The hour has come for this dire piece of legislation to be reauthorized. Via networks and organizations the urgency to reinstate this is available for a letter of petition.
