Criminal Insanity and The Psychiatric
There are problems in life that are so far gone they no joke about it at all need to check themselves into a criminally based mental facility and confined to a straight jacket, that is no exaggeration. They are are stark raving mad. Those kind of the dark triad personality that are obviously severely warped psychologically and or brain damaged possibly etc are a threat and detriment to any sort of civil public. When it comes to hurting people that is where the problem lies and differentiates between garden variety mentally ill thus more prone to be harmful to self and those who are criminally insane IE Narcopaths, Sexual Predators, Serial Harassers, etc etc. That is the difference between the 2.

The mental health system especially when it comes to the criminally minded is the most unequipped under facilitated establishments and it’s liaison between that to law is under employed. Instead of placing any deranged type to a criminally based psychiatric facility instead they will take them to jail overnight or prison if found guilty of crime and even if a problem to the public is placed in a facility they can just check themselves out in 24–48 hours, it’s seldom anyone is involuntarily committed. Typically if it does occur the order lasts between 30 to 90 days however typically those who are committed often have the option to check themselves out sooner. Many times if types like that have committed crimes towards others they will receive a slap on the wrist and sent to court ordered psychiatric evaluation or something along those lines.
