That is any professional atmosphere or space in life. Let alone any kind of relationship. Unstable atmosphere makes for unstable outcomes. That’s means other people who have something valid to say or put out need to be allowed to have the Mike not trying to take the Mike all the time. You have to understand your role in the scenario if and when applicable. Don’t hog the spotlight in any form, never shine when the light isn’t on you. Akin to that “You can not let your emotions to drive your gift.” Meaning you can’t let your emotions run your life or affect your gift.

Being effective isn’t the same park as being demonstrative. That is always something to keep in mind.
