What Will People Say?

The 2018 film, What Will People Say, examines the life of sixteen-year-old, Nisha, who essentially lives a double life. While with peers she is a “normal” teenager however in her home life it is required Nisha exists as a perfect Pakistani daughter, Middle Eastern honor code and all. Her life changes when her Father catches her alone with her boyfriend forcing the two worlds she had balanced successfully collide thus shifting her world drastically.
