Why Bother?

I’ve been past hollyweird for umpteen. My beef towards hollyweird other than it’s inhibited by pedophiles, sexual predators, misogynists, sexists, colorists, racists, sociopaths, and narcopaths is large named studios will throw away everybody’s time including theirs and talent to hold these auditions/castings but constantly ultimately choose their established industry people that typically are substandard for the roles they were holding prolonged castings for. Throwing away their time to do so. Why even bother if they’re going to hand out those roles to people already established and usual acquaintances of theirs in the industry? 0 sense. The music industry they don’t have open auditions for anything, they don’t have crap open to the public. It’s 1000% nepotism. They pick the most substandard acts likewise of Hollyweird moreover. It is a large guild and nobody is in it but their people that more frequently than not enacted favors to be let in the clique to begin with. The globe is conscientious of that thanks to Diddy.
