Why Con Artists Keep Tabs

Why criminal con artists not so much real ones as they don’t generally bring too much attention to themselves but wannabe low end ones lurk or even stalks certain people so hard? They for one want to see what those they lurk on and stalk know, for another to see if those they crossed in the criminal world are going to deal with them therefore whether they need to run or not basically. Real ones mind their business and typically don’t stalk or keep tabs on people obviously as it draws too much attention to them. Fake wannabe bottom feeder ones do have something to fear because they don’t have any actual clout in that world, power, and too much of a liability to those who do in order to really pull any strings in order to avoid repercussions for their actions. They’re expendable. It’s somewhat of a cat and mouse game, a catch-me-if-you-can attempting to stay 1 step ahead of any ramifications when the truth is they’ve already been had either or ramification generally are just waiting to move in usually. That’s why for one aside from moral reasons you don’t get involved in criminal activity because you will get got, second you don’t make too much noise running your yap too much doing too much, and thirdly you don’t disrespect and cross people especially in the criminal world. Because either law or other criminals will come down on those who do at some point. 🤷🏽‍♀️
