Because it’s probably one of the most beautiful songs ever written, performed, and placed as the headliner musical message to 1991’s film ,Robin hood Prince of Thieves. And unfortunately nobody in the mainstream writes or composes music like this anymore, it’s unfortunate. I mean damn the lyrics alone (Also in the video.)
Brandy did a beautiful cover in her 1998 album Never Say Never. There have been numerous fan videos made of it that are excellent.

To go off a bit of my last post - I posted on this topic years ago but I’ve stated this before but if a Man isn’t coming at me like this I’m not fooling with it or dealing with any game playing goofiness because as aforesaid that standard are the type of Men I was largely exposed to and came up around. It wasn’t mostly until I grew up I discovered just how warped males and people can be, how warped their perceptions are. Point is if they aren’t on that level or standard coming at me I’m not willing to even entertain them like that. I stem from some pretty ancient cultures and faith as aforesaid where respect, chivalry especially for our own thus shows the character of a Man or even a Woman, self respect, etc etc is all part of the focal core of who you are. I don’t care if we’re speaking of Indigenous (Mainland and Pacific), Melungeon (Especially Amazigh, Roma in it’s way as there are issues that still plague Roma when it comes to oppression but that’s usually within if it’s an outsider then that outsider will generally be confronted), Jewish, San especially), Lumbee, Latin, Chinese to some capacity at least particularly in ancient times, etc. In these cultures and certainly in true Judeo-Christian values (not a flipped warped patriarchal driven interpretation) Girls and Women belonging to it are meant to be respected and regarded. Therefore if a Man isn’t on that level nope can’t help you there go find someone who has lower intellect, background, and standards. In short if I’m in a situation I can’t get out of being it needs to be clarified this is about what we are conversely raised and are like (we don’t need “saving” or “rescuing” like a punk a$$ just assistance and someone to fight alongside us if things go way south.)

In that contextualized case if a Man ain’t willing to hopefully metaphorically hydroplane off of a building of some sort and through a window we are not on the same page. lol
