You Can’t

I’ve spoken a great deal about this. You can’t expect to not have an issue at some point when it comes to those not on your level as individuals, there is going to be a clash at some point because they’re not for you. That doesn’t mean anything to do with ethnicity, color, socioeconomic status, etc it has to do with values, who you are as a person, cultural values can have a role in it, faith-base, etc. That is what causes many socially based issues individuals attempting to shove themselves into a space and around those who aren’t for them. If you are 2 totally opposite realms of mindset and mentality towards the world in general you aren’t going to fit in, they’re not going to accept that which isn’t like them in some form. There will always be an issue eventually even if they seem receptive for awhile. That reception is usually novelty based, after the novelty wears off like a play thing they will discard it. You have to go towards people who are on your level as a person. It’s like the joke Chris Rock once made a stand up on if you’re a church person remain around church persons, if you’re a crackhead remain around other crackheads. That analogy goes for anything in life, you can’t expect smooth sailing among those not of your element let alone God ordained destiny. You can’t shove a square peg into a round hole or allow anyone to pull you into something you know isn’t you. That is why faith based persons can’t deal with the secular but to a certain extent because we don’t belong around them and they often make it aware at some point they don’t want us in their spaces unless it’s on their compromising terms which is fine anyway because any real one doesn’t want to be anyway. They’re not going to like us in and of ourselves because we aren’t them nor operate by their sort of values. Believers who live it for instance or anyone not of a certain element in general can’t be flabbergasted upon the cold shoulder or flip at some point if you get in their crowd especially in the secular as they do so to each other frequently therefore why would anyone else be dumbfounded by their actions? It comes with the territory of what that element is and who they are. That is what that scripture means “How can 2 walk together unless they agree?” Truth is you can’t.
