You Don’t Always Need An Audience

I saw a terrific point made on Instagram today that read “Turn into a ghost. You don’t need an audience to achieve greatness you need to focus.” I find this to be true, just as attention doesn’t equate success far from it attention means nothing attention doesn’t really have anything behind it. It’s just attention nothing more its here then it’s gone it’s not something that in and of itself propels life forward to anything. Anyone and thing can get attention. Attention is easy to obtain greatness is not. Having an audience gets in the way it often serves as a distraction when you’ve not reached greatness, an audience can get in your way very quickly because it becomes putting on a show for an audience instead of focusing on real life and goals. Success and greatness takes focus not entertaining an audience. When there is too much of an audience and everyone in your life or business in some way it impedes goals and greatness because everyone is in your business or even way in some cases. More often than not in this social media driven realm that has worn out its welcome in society too long the more of an audience equals less of actual success, greatness, and or well being. Some of the most successful great people I’ve ever known or acquainted with didn’t need an audience because an audience would impede them. In fact they were or are barely on social media or at every popping party, etc if at all they don’t have time or energy to entertain an audience. Great people are too focused on their lives, goals, and going forward in life rather than preoccupied with gaining an audience. That’s why people don’t like influencers etc and the like because a lot are all sizzle with no steak. Same with too many in the popularity contest that is the music realm anymore. It’s all audience based with nothing of substance behind it but attention and views. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Views, attention, likes, follows, comments, internet clout doesn’t equate greatness. If beings want an audience they can have that anyone can — if people on the other hand want greatness then lose the audience. If your life isn’t together, in a place you want it to be, or it needs to be then you don’t need an audience for it, you need to focus on your life not the audience. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The more time that is distanced from things like social media, time wasting BS and the like the more apparent it is that none of that has value or any baring on real life. Having an audience often impedes greatness. An audience doesn’t equal prosperity.
